Duncan's Special Sausages

Well, Clare will have to correct me if I get this one wrong, but it came to mind when having a look back at another good bbq-type recipe, Windsong's ribs.

Very easy...slice some 'snags' (preferably beef) down the middle, stuff with fig or dates, and wrap in bacon...then bbq! Gorgeous...

You just said the magic words, Suzer. Bacon. But dare I ask...is it anything like American bacon?

Well, there are many different types of bacon here and to be honest, I think rashers would probably be best with this, although I don't really remember what was used.
